The Highway Patrol reports that 35-year-old Jacob Heywood was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries after he overturned the ATV he was driving. The accident happened on Ballpark Road one mile south of Summersville. Heywood was also charged with DWI and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident.
