The Highway Patrol says that 33-year-old Charles Huntsberger suffered minor injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the car he was driving. Huntsberger was charged with DWI, no valid license, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no insurance, failure to register a vehicle, and no seat belt. Huntsberger was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on county road 8040, one mile east of West Plains.
