29-year-old Russell Killian, and 27-year-old Kristina Killian both from West Plains, and 32-year-old Laura Brackett Fletcher on Mountain View are all charged with first-degree assault or attempt and armed criminal action. Russell Killian is also charged with first-degree domestic assault resulting in serious injury and leaving the scene of an accident. The victim was hit in the head with the handle of a car jack and then run over by a pickup and the tires of a trailer it was pulling.
