The Highway Patrol reports that 67-year-old John Coney suffered moderate injuries when he stopped in traffic to make a turn and was hit by a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Christopher Long of West Harrison Indiana. Coney was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. The accident happened on Highway 19, one mile south of Eminence.
