Police report that a car was clocked going 94 mph in a 60 mph zone on North St Louis Street. 31-year-old Gavino Rodriquez was arrested after a pursuit through Batesville. A search of the vehicle found a baggie of marijuana containing less than four ounces. Rodriquez faces charges of felony fleeing and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
