44-year-old Charles Sisco was arrested on charges of felony resisting arrest, misdemeanor DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle without a valid license, making an illegal U-turn, littering, speeding, and following too close. He was taken to the Oregon County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
