Authorities in Howell County have released the name of a man arrested in connection with explosive devices found during a traffic stop. 27-year-old Cody Kenaga of Mountain View was arrested and faces two counts of unlawful possession, transport, manufacture, repair, or sale of an illegal weapon. Kenaga was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by police Saturday. An officer allegedly saw someone throw something out the passenger side window, which turned out to be an I.E.D. Another I.E.D. was found in the vehicle. The Missouri State Highway Patrol Bomb Squad was called and they rendered the devices safe.
