41-year-old Kellee Letterman was arrested when the vehicle she was a passenger in was stopped in Licking for speeding. Drug paraphernalia and meth were found in the vehicle. Letterman had warrants for her arrest in Texas County. She was taken to the Texas County Jail and is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
