The Highway Patrol reports that 45-year-old Diana Cates suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road and hit a tree. Cates was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-drugs. The accident happened on Missouri 21 at Hunter.
