46-year-old Bradley Wilbur Goldsmith was arrested on charges of obstructing governmental operations, fleeing, felony non-payment of fines, failure to appear, three counts of misdemeanor non-payment of fines, criminal impersonation, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He is also on hold for other agencies. Goldsmith was arrested just before midnight last night. His bond was set at $7,081
