30-year-old Jason Brege was arrested after allegedly punching, kicking, and stomping on a man’s head and then robbing him. Brege is charged with felony first-degree assault and felony first-degree robbery. A bond was issued for Brege for $200,000. The victim suffered multiple fractures and a large cut on his forehead.
