30-year-old Kristopher Lenon was arrested in November of 2019, at the South Casey’s in Ava where he was allegedly supposed to meet the fifteen-year-old. He as filmed by 417 Predator hunters, Lenon had marijuana in his pocket at the time Marijuana was illegal. After a lengthy investigation, Lenon was indicted by a grand jury on July 25th. He is charged Statutory Rape-2nd Degree (Class D Felony), Statutory Sodomy-2nd Degree(Class D Felony)
And Possession of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid of 10 grams or less(Class D Misdemeanor)
The bond is set at $1500-00 cash only. He remains in custody.’
