36-year-old Luke Walker allegedly forced a woman into his truck and assaulted her. He has been charged with first-degree rape, or attempt, and first-degree kidnapping, The incident happened on a gravel road near Highway H, outside the Winona City limits. Walker is being held with a bond set at $150,000
