According to reports, Deput8ies were called to a home in the Hutchinson Mountain Community. When they arrived they found Melanie Mullins at the home and the victim had been transported to White River Health. Mullins was arrested and deputies then went to White River Health where they found Gerald Swaim dead from injuries he suffered in the incident. Mullins is being held awaiting the filing of formal charges.
