The Highway Patrol says that 39-year-old Amber Barnett suffered moderate injuries and 32-year-old Justin Revera suffered minor injuries when Barnett ran off the road and hit a tree. Barnett was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield and Revera to Cox South. Barnett was also charged with DWI. The accident happened on RT O, seven miles north of Goodhope.
