35-year-old Mauel Hernandez-Hernandez was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold by Thayer Police then a warrant from Oregon County was issued for domestic assault. The bond was set at $5,000 surety or $1,000 cash. Hernandez is also being held on a U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration Detainer.
