60-year-old Scott Ferretti allegedly had an argument with the woman and struck her in the head with the lumber and then tried to stop her from calling for help. Ferretti is charged with first-degree domestic assault, armed criminal action, endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree kidnapping, and tampering or attempting to tamper with a victim in a felony. His bond was set at $25,000.
