MODOT Crews are busy this week with road work

WILLOW SPRINGS – Route E in Carter County to close as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform pavement repairs.

The section of roadway to close is located from Route 21 to the end of state maintenance.

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Aug. 14 through Thursday, Aug. 17 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

The work zone will be marked with signs.  Motorists are urged to seek an alternate route. Road will be open to local traffic only.

This section of roadway is located from Route 106 to the end of state maintenance.

Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, August 15 through  Thursday, August 31 from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Open to local traffic only.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.

SIKESTON—Route W in Ripley County will be closed as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform core drilling operations.  

This section of roadway is located from Route H to end of state maintenance near Naylor, Missouri.  

Weather permitting, work will take place from Monday, Aug. 14 through Thursday, Aug. 17 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily. The road will be open to local traffic only.  

The work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
