50-year-old Leland Eugene Collins was arrested and faces charges of first-degree assault or attempt to assault and felony armed criminal action. According to reports, Collins fired two shots at a man he had been arguing with. The incident happened at a residence on County Road 1940 near Peace Valley. Collins is free on band and will be in court on Monday.
