
Two Texas County residents were injured in an accident south of Licking Sunday morning. The Highway Patrol says that 39-year-old Michael Clouse of Licking suffered serious injuries and 58-year-old Deborah Booker of Bucyrus suffered minor injuries when Booker skidded off the road and hit a culvert and a tree. Clouse was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on Highway 137, one mile south of Licking.
A teen from Alton was injured in an accident east of West Plains Sunday morning. 19-year-old Zerek Harbin suffered minor injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the car he was driving. Harbin was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. The accident happened on Highway 160, eight miles east of West Plains.
A man from Licking was injured in an ATV accident north of Houston on Sunday. The Highway Patrol says that 25-year-old Braxton Haaland suffered minor injuries when the ATV he was driving crossed the center line and hit a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Heather Dinwiddle of Plato. The accident happened on Strawberry Road, six miles north of Houston. Haaland was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
