18-year-old Dawson Thomas Cone faces 13 felony charges a complaint was filed by Snapchat officials to the Cyber Tipline. Arkansas State Police investigated the complaint and found that the phone number and I.P. address came back to a house in Melbourne. ASP executed a search warrant on Cone’s cell phone. Cone allegedly admitted that he viewed and uploaded images of child pornography with his cell phone. Cone faces 13 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing a matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. He posted $50,000 bond.
