41-year-old Gary Burk was indicted by a grand jury. The victim told authorities that she had been subjected to sexual contact while living in Lebanon Missouri and also while living in West Plains and Willow Springs. His bond was set at $25,000. Burk had his arraignment last Friday and refused to enter a plea. A bond review hearing has been set for September 5th.
