James Beckring had active warrants for his arrest for felony stealing and domestic assault. He was also wanted by U.S. Marshals for federal treason charges. Deputi9es received a tip that Beckring was in the Pomona area. When they went to the house Beckring refused to come to the door, deputies made entry into the house and arrested Beckring without incident. He was taken to the Howell County Detention Center and is awaiting extradition.
