The Highway Patrol says that 31-year-old Sherkil Reed of Poplar Bluff was killed and 37-year-old Whitney Smith and a 16-year-old girl from Qulin both suffered minor injuries when the 16-year-old drove off the road and overturned the car she was driving. The accident happened on Route T, three miles north of Oxley.
