Danny Monroe Welch allegedly was involved in a domestic incident and brandished a firearm. Welch has been charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and one count of resisting arrest for a felony. He was taken to the Howell County Adult Detention Center and then released on a $25,000 bond.
