26-year-old Hailey Youngblood was arrested on a felony warrant for dangerous drugs out of Howell County, a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance in Shannon County, and felony possession of a controlled substance hydrocodone, and felony resisting arrest by fleeing. She was taken to Shannon County jail.
