52-year-old Richard Todd Vandolah turned himself in to Thayer Police. He is charged in Howell County with two counts of felony stealing $750 or more and three felony counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit device. He was booked in Thayer jail and then posted a $10,000 surety bond and was released.
