The Highway Patrol says that a car driven by a 16-year-old girl traveled into the path of a pickup driven by 35-year-old Jenna Miller of Hartsburg. 36-year-old Keith Miller of Hartsburg suffered moderate injuries. Jenna Miller and 4 juveniles all suffered minor injuries. Including a 6-year-old boy, a 9-year-old girl, a 13-year-old boy, and the 16-year-old girl who was driving the car. All the injured were taken to Phelps County Regional Hospital. The accident happened on Highway 32, four miles west of Licking.
