37-year-old Jeffery Wann and 34-year-old Jessica Robbins were both arrested Sunday afternoon and were both taken to the Phelps County jail. Wann is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance meth, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Robbins was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for dangerous drugs.
