Lindley was scheduled to go to trial on September 6th but his lawyer filed an order on September 5th saying Lindley lacks the mental capacity to go to trial. Lindley is accused of murdering Carlos Moreno a California truck driver and shooting three other people at the Snappy Mart gas Station in Koshkonong in April of 2021. No court date has been set at this time. Lindley has been held in Dent County since the shootings.
