A former Bakersfield teacher faces charges after allegedly having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 16-year-old. 30-year-old Victoria Nicole Fowler of Caulfield is charged with three counts of second-degree statutory rape and one count of second-degree statutory sodomy. According to reports, Fowler admitted to having sex with the juvenile and having illicit images of the teen on her phone. Fowler admitted to meeting the teen on three occasions in Howell County. Fowler taught math at Bakersfield School last year and taught at Lutie School this year.
