The Highway Patrol reports that 62-year-old Richard Perisho suffered serious injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the pickup he was driving. The accident happened on Highway V, five miles west of Myrtle around 1:20 Wednesday afternoon. Perisho was flown to Region 1 in Memphis.
