The Patrol reports that at around 7 pm Monday night, 34-year-old Cassandra Willrett was arrested on charges of DWI-prior offender, driving while suspended, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, failure to register a vehicle, and no seat belt. She was taken to the Texas County Jail and placed on a 12-hour hold.
