Police report that Karrie Lee Ward was arrested after Black Rock police were told that there was a truck partially off in the Black River at Hidden Beach. When they arrived they found Ward to be in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of meth.
