49-year-old Michael Deshazo of West Plains suffered moderate injuries and 33-year-old Seth Ulrich of Mansfield suffered minor injuries when Deshazo hit the rear of a vehicle that Ulrich was driving. Both men were taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. Deshazo was charged with felony DWI, 4th-degree assault on a special victim, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident, and no seat belt. The accident happened on Business 60 near Vaughn Street in Mountain Grove.
