60-year-old Carl Jett was arrested after police were dispatched to a residence in Licking for a report of a child being molested. When officers arrived at the residence, three people there told police that Jett was on the floor faking a heart attack. They told the officer that Jett had touched a 7-year-old girl inappropriately. Jett allegedly claimed the three people were accusing him of trying to get his land. Jett is charged with statutory sodomy with a person less than 12 years old. He is being held with a bond set at $50,000
