According to reports 32-year-old Adam Barlett Jr. stole a vehicle at a convenience store in West Plains. West Plains Police located the stolen vehicle near state Rt 14 and U. S. Highway 63 and a pursuit began. Deputies pursued the vehicle until it crashed in the Caulfield Area near the intersection of County Road 7830 and Highway 160. Bartlett then fled and has not been seen since. Authorities say that Barlett is known to steal vehicles. The Sheriff’s office encourages residents to lock their vehicles and secure their residences in the Caulfield area. Barlett is wanted for stealing, resisting arrest, and an active felony warrant for parole violation.
