According to reports a man who was bow hunting in the Buck Lane Area of Poughkeepsie was shot. The man told the Sheriff’s Office that he was hunting on his property when another man approached him at gunpoint. Jeremy Abbott was shot in the hand. He described the shooter as a bald-headed man with a white shirt and blue jeans. Police continue to search for the suspect and say anyone on Buck Lane should stay inside and lock their doors.
