Harvey John Taylor and Thomas Sanchez were scheduled to go to trial on October 18th but a motion to continuation was granted and their trials will now begin on January 24th. The two men are accused of killing Kristy Taylor, who worked at the Sheriff’s Office. She was found shot in the head outside her home in Salem. Harvey John Taylor and Kristy Taylor were in the middle of a divorce and he allegedly said he didn’t want to lose everything in the divorce.
