The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from Huggins Sunday night in Texas County. 38-year-old Doug Lathrom was arrested for felony unlawful possession of a firearm, felony unlawful use of a weapon, felony possession of a controlled substance, failure to register a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle without a valid license, no insurance, and no seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
