A West Plains charged with sodomy involving a child gets a new judge is his case

A West Plains man who is charged with three counts of statutory sodomy involving a child has been granted a change in Judge. 41-year-old Adam Rodriguez of West Plains requested a change of judge on October 6th then on October 12th the motion was granted. A Grand Jury warrant was issued for Rodriguez on September 28th with a bond of $150,000. He was released on bond the next day.  Rodriguez was charged with three counts of statutory sodomy involving a victim less than 14 years old.
During an interview, the child allegedly described two or three sexual assaults allegedly perpetrated by Rodriguez, all of them taking place while the child was alone with Rodriguez.
