The Highway Patrol reports that 30-year-old Brooke Vermillion was arrested on a felony Reynolds County warrant for third-degree aggravated assault-non-family- strong arm and a misdemeanor Summersville PD warrant for driving while revoked. She was taken to the Shannon County Jail.
