The Mammoth Spring Bears and Lady Bears opened the season on Tuesday. The Bears played Calico Rock in the Norfork Classic and got a win, 65-57, Garret O’Dell led the Bears with 23 points, Caleb Michaels added 13, and Blake Rogers 12. The Defending State Champion Lady Bears lost to Mt Vernon Enola 58-41, Brynn Washam led the Lady Bears with 16 points and Adrianna Corbitt added 14. Both the Bears and Lady Bears will be back in action on Friday in the Norfork Classic.
