A murder that happened in 1991 in Fulton County has been solved. 32 years ago, 19-year-old Sabrina Underwood of Huntsville Arkansas was murdered. Last July the Arkansas State Police received information from the Madison County Sheriff’s office that an attorney had told them that one of his clients had information about the murder. The client said that he had been housed with Rick Headley at the Varner Unit and that Headley had told him about the murder. Investigators interviewed Headley who allegedly confessed to the crime, telling the story of what happened. Underwood had been hitchhiking and he picked her up during their trip to north central Arkansas, he took her to the cemetery on Gum Road in Fulton County and had sex with her then killed her. Headley was in prison for another murder in 2019. He is being held in the Varner Unit. A warrant was issued for murder in Fulton County on Tuesday, Headley will be in Fulton County Court on November 13th.
