The Highway Patrol reports that 47-year-old Bethany Heath suffered minor injuries when she drove off the road and hit an embankment then overturned the vehicle she was driving. The accident happened on Missouri 17, seven miles south of West Plains. Heath was taken to Ozarks Healthcare.
