The Cherokee Village Police are reporting the arrest of the son of the Hardy Police Chief and two other teens. 19-year-old Carson Rose, 18-year-old Autumn Hall, and 19-year-old Shawn Biby were both arrested after a fight that involved a gun. According to reports Rose fired the gun and left the scene of the fight. The gun was a CO2 compressed air pistol Rose was arrested for third-degree assault, second-degree terroristic threatening, and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Hall was arrested for second-degree assault. Biby was also arrested for having a failure to appear warrant out of Cherokee Village. All three were taken to the Sharp County Detention Center.
