A Mountain Home man has pled guilty to endangering the welfare of a minor after a child tested positive for meth. 29-year-old Kyle Wayne Vestal pleaded guilty to two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and was sentenced to six years in prison. The baby was placed in Foster Care. 39-year-old Patricia Kersey faces the same charges and will be in court on January 22nd.
