35-year-old Carl Lodge was arrested and charged with felony first-degree assault special victim, he was also arrested on a felony Reynolds County Warrant for failure to appear on five charges including, leaving the scene of an accident, larceny, possession of marijuana and obstructing police, and a felony Carter County Warrant for obstructing police. He has been taken to the Reynolds County Jail and is being held without bond.
