The Highway Patrol reports that 49-year-old Bessie Watkins of Huggins suffered serious injuries and an 8-year-old boy suffered moderate injuries when Watkins attempted to make a left turn and overturned the side-by-side, ejecting both Watkins and the 8-year-old. Watkins was taken to Cos South in Springfield, the boy was transported to Texas County Memorial Hospital, the accident happened on Highway M, one mile north of Huggins on private property.
