21-year-old Eli Joseph Campbell was found guilty by a jury on Thursday. Campbell is accused of running a stop sign and hitting a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Savannah Fenley of Walnut Ridge in November of 2021. Campbell’s blood alcohol test allegedly revealed his levels were three times the legal limit. The jury has recommended that he be sentenced to 1 year in prison and fined $2,500.
